CTA Tax Services formerly known as Caster, Turnage, and Associates was established in 1990 by two Information Technology Specialists. We have been rewarded with consistent growth in new customers and a loyal client base for over 30 years of service.

Our customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every customer receives personal attention tailored to their specific needs. We have the experience and expertise to address a broad array of tax concerns and needs.

This strategy has enabled us to service over 50,000 individual, business and non-profit tax returns filed. It has also provided us with the experience to resolved many tax matters between taxpayers and the Internal Revenue Services, (IRS), State and Local tax governments.

Our focus on details and our extensive knowledge of the IRC codes and regulations uniquely position us to collaborate with the IRS and states for fast and efficient resolutions to tax matters. We are seasoned professionals experienced in gathering data, mitigating tax liabilities, negotiating penalties to provide relief to Americans by establishing payment arrangements acceptable to both the client and the IRS.

We have instituted safe workplace initiatives in the era of COVID-19. Therefore a limited in-person contact approach is being incorporated by the use of Social Media, Video Conferencing, and the Internet for communicating information and collecting authorizations to conduct business.
